BOOKING and DEPOSIT
Thank you for visiting our site!
To confirm a reservation we require a deposit equal to 30% of the agreed price within at least 21 days before arrival and provide us with your credit card number with expiration date. Our bank coordinate: Cassa Rurale Adamello Brenta EURIBAN IT04 S080 2435 3010 0000 5093 684. In case we would not recive the deposit within the prescribed time, the room can be resold.

ARRIVAL
If your arrival is outside of regular buisness time please comunicate your estimated time of arrival and a mobile number.

GARAGE / PARKING
The garage has to be reserved for a daily cost of € 10.00 (until exhaustion).

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Rooms are available from 13.00. On the day of departure, please vacated by 10.00. According to availability you can occupy the rooms beyond that time (Late Check Out)for an extra of € 40.00.

SPA RESERVATION
You already had time to look at our spa treatments?
We suggest to book before arrival. If for any reason you want to give it up, please cancel the reservation within 24 hours. Otherwise, without proper notice, the price of treatment will be charged. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Some unexpected can happen! So please give us a written comunication of the cancellation.
If the communication occurs within 3 weeks from the date of arrival, the cancellation will be without penalty. From 10 days before arrival we will keep the deposit. From 3 days before arrival we will ask the 50% of the total stay. From 1 day before arrival, for late arrival, no show, departure in advance, it will be asked the total amount.
